Se2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the se2 platform, which are binding on all registered users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of the services offered.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing any part of the se2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the se2 platform.
To register and use the se2 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a legal individual with the capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
- Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
- There are no legal or personal restrictions preventing you from using this service.
Se2 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time to verify a user's eligibility. Accounts that fail to meet these eligibility requirements may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the se2 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure and to not share it with any other party, including family members.
Security and Responsible Use
Users are strictly prohibited from using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or any method designed to exploit the se2 platform's systems. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to manipulate games, circumvent security systems, or gain an unfair advantage over other users.
If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the se2 support team immediately through official channels. se2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the se2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in the same name as the se2 account. se2 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or unverifiable sources.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit or a verified bank account held in the user's name. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and the relevant bank's policies. se2 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
Users acknowledge that all deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specifically provided for in se2's prevailing withdrawal policy. Any transaction discrepancies must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Se2 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit without providing a reason if the deposit is found to violate platform policies or applicable anti-money laundering laws in Malaysia.

4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Se2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds that may result in such action include, but are not limited to:
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age at the time of registration or while using the platform.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, player collusion, or bonus abuse.
- Use of unauthorised software, bots, or any tools that exploit the platform's systems.
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Requests from the relevant authorities under Malaysian law.
If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of these terms, se2 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance in that account as a penalty and form of compensation. Any disputed account closure decision may be submitted to se2's customer support team for review, and se2's decision in such matters is final.
5. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
Intellectual Property
All content on the se2 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of se2 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial or other purposes without prior written consent from se2.
Limitation of Liability
Se2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or inaccurate information not caused by se2's own direct negligence. Users access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for making informed decisions about their play.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law

The se2 platform may display links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. se2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Changes to Terms
Se2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through procedures set out by the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
